Uneasy Feelings and Knees

A stable joint that creates the way you move in the world also tells the story of how you have been moving through your life.

Patellofemoral articulation is a hinge joint or modified synovial joint

Emotional

Knees are built to bend and flex we as people live our best life with light hearts and minimal conflict. Internal turmoil or rigid stubbornness will manifest its destiny in your physical being if you don’t find a way to let go.

Personally I have memorably subluxed my right knee 3x and all during periods of my life where I was not actively taking charge of my own direction. I was not living in my time honored personal tradition of “aut viam inveniam aut faciam”(FIND A WAY OR MAKE ONE) I was burnt out and ignoring it. Yes, relying on myself to constantly find a way is connected to atlas syndrome

but the devil we know is often easier to deal with than the devil we don’t. This then led me down the path of WHY?! I am always excited by the game of deeply understanding the roots of problems, I know for myself that when I understand them, I can truly eradicate them.

Of course please consult with your own experts as this is my journey where I share what worked for, inspired, or excited me.

In the realm of holistic wellness, the intricate interplay between our emotional, metaphysical, and etheric bodies often manifests physically, offering us profound insights into our inner landscape. Let's delve into the fascinating world of knee health and its profound emotional and spiritual significance. Metaphysical understanding would align with the beliefs that the knees represent flexibility, humility, and the ability to bend and flow with the currents of life. They serve as the bridge between the past and the present, facilitating movement forward while also reminding us of the lessons learned from our experiences. “Bend a knee”, “Take a knee” being common phrases/practices you may have heard along with the practice of kneeling to pray. Knuckling under to a power you see as far greater than your own when rarely anything is. Is it greater or did you surrender your power?

In holistic traditions, the right side of the body is often associated with the masculine, logical, and action-oriented aspects of our being, while the left side embodies the feminine, intuitive, and receptive qualities. Applied to the knees, the right knee symbolizes our approach to the external world, while the left knee reflects our inner emotional landscape and relationship with ourselves. Institutions, corporations, or even rigid family systems can all be things that cause the individual to feel lost and without power.

Emotional Wounds and Their Manifestations

(Please be mindful as we proceed as these words are aligned with traditional manifestation/law of attraction language and may not be indicative of your delicate experience— sadly a forgotten part of reading comprehension is understanding not everything is for you. Injuries

Physical trauma to the knees can often signify emotional wounds related to feeling unsupported or unable to move forward in life. It may stem from a sense of insecurity or fear of taking the next step.

Stiffness and Limited Mobility

Stiffness in the knees may signal resistance to change or a reluctance to adapt to new circumstances. It could also indicate a deep-seated fear of moving forward or a lack of trust in one's abilities to navigate life's challenges.

Hyper-Mobility

On the flip side, hyper-mobility in the knees may reflect a tendency to overextend oneself or a constant need to please others at the expense of one's own well-being. It could be a manifestation of a deep-seated desire for validation or acceptance.
