The right music is highly personal when it comes to what you like.

For me VOLUME is a necessity.

After how loud I like I build playlists around how I am feeling either seasonally or what I am doing. Higher beats per minute (bpm) have been proven to boost performance on the track amping up the cadence and the speed.

I have taught classes based on themes which opens up a lot of creativity music wise to embrace an era of exercise, heighten the mood with costumes, and most importantly it’s fun.
