Megan Sherlock is a dynamic wellness professional leading a movement revolution! A former NCAA athlete and world ninja competitor, she blends strength, flow, and energy work to turn every class into an experience—whether it’s lifting to the beat, flowing through yoga with intention, or unlocking deeper body awareness through breath and mobility. With certifications in NASM CPT, RYT 200, CGFI, CNC, BCS, CF1, ViPR, TriggerPoint SMR, Usui Reiki Master, and PN1.
